I was once told by one of my old tutors, that I was best described as that of an Auteur. And that comparison had stuck with me ever since.
When working on projects, I try to get a good sense of what the work is about and what it represents, to allow me to fully immerse myself into the idea, then visualise and manifest the outcome when producing artwork. For me, I try to bring atmosphere to the idea.
Collaborating with other creatives, to work on great ideas and producing great work, is always an exciting prospect for me. The sharing of ideas and experiences can greatly improve the outcome of projects.
